Boycotting MPs’ salaries averaged at €1,550

Montenegrin MPs received their February salaries. The total amount allocated from the budget for this purpose was €127,542. Opposition MPs, who have been boycotting Parliament since it was constituted, received a total of €60,549 out of the overall amount. Salaries for the 39 opposition MPs averaged at €1,552.

As many as 43 MPs have salary of more than €1,600.

Bosniak Party MP Nedzad Dresevic has the highest salary – €2,895. His February salary was higher even than Parliament Speaker Ivan Brajovic’s one. He earned €2,107.

Among opposition MPs, DF representative Branko Radulovic has the highest salary – €1,910.

The president of the Democratic Montenegro Aleksa Becic has the lowest salary among party leaders – €1,490.

DPS MP Maja Bakrac received the lowest February salary – €448.
