Detained President of the Municipality of Budva, Milo Bozovic, has made the decision to dismiss Vice President of that municipality, Jasna Dokic. The decision says that Ms Dokic violated both the Law on Local Self-Government and the Charter. So Mr Bozovic appointed Nikola Jovanovic new vice president of the municipality. After that, Mr Jovanovic took over the management over Budva.
Mr Bozovic has been in the Spuz prison for a year. Meanwhile, the High Court has confirmed the indictment against him last week on suspicion of being a part of a drug gang.
“Vice President of the Municipality of Budva, Jasna Dokic, was dismissed due to violations in the performance of official duties, the decision suggests. This decision comes after the Ministry of Public Administration carried out inspection and determined that Dokic did not have necessary authorization for certain actions,” the RTV Budva reported.
