President of the Municipality of Budva, Mr Marko Carević, gave an order for replacing an office door lock of the vice president of the Municipality, Mr Vladimir Bulatović, who was dismissed on 27 April, so that he [Mr Bulatović] cannot “use the municipal property anymore“.
Meanwhile, Mr Carević sent a letter to Mr Bulatović informing him that he has been prohibited from coming to the office, and ‘competent bodies will have to react’ if he continues to do so.
For a quick recap: Mr Carević dismissed vice-president Vladimir Bulatović, as well as secretary of the Secretariat for Social Affairs, Ms Ljiljana Pjerotić, as, according to him, people who do not respect the will of Budva residents cannot exercise public power.
Leader of the Crnogorska party, Ms Anđela Ivanović, was dismissed as well, as she hadn’t met the criteria for the work in the office, according to Mr Carević.
