CdM learns: Govt. dismisses Ljiljana Radulovic

Dr Ljiljana Radulović, direktorica KCCG

At today’s cabinet meeting, the Government dismissed the director of the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG), CdM learns. The new KCCG director will be Aleksandar Radovic, cardiac surgeon.

Last week, Health Minister Vojislav Simun proposed to the Government the dismissal of Radulovic.

Simun previously requested a detailed analysis of the operations of health institutions, including the work of the directors.

According to the media, revenge marked Radulovic’s mandate.

She started dismissing staff and replacing all management staff at KCCG. Numerous doctors left KCCG during her tenure, some even after three decades of work.

During Radulovic’s mandate, about which the media wrote countless times, patients were on waiting lists as long as half a year. They also often waited for that period of time for their appointments with specialist doctors. Those patients included the most seriously ill and those with chronic diseases.
