The article announces that CdM is continuing its research into issues within Montenegro’s education system. After previously examining “Partocracy in Education” as part of the project Corruption in Education, the next focus is the problem of fake diplomas.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation has recently filed a large number of criminal charges related to fraudulent diplomas, prompting the need to understand the root of the issue and what steps authorities are taking to address it.
CdM invites readers to complete an anonymous questionnaire, which will help gather insights for this research. All responses will be used solely for the purposes of the research, and any personal experiences shared will be published only with the respondent’s consent.
