Central Bank of Montenegro rendered decision on the introduction of temporary management in Atlas and IBM bank.
“Decisions have been rendered on the basis of the results of controls that had previously been conducted in Atlas and IBM bank and that showed that the capital these banks dispose of doesn’t correspond to the level of risk of their business. Taking into consideration the established facts, CB rendered this decision with the aim of protecting interests of deponents and preventing that financial situation gets even worse”, said the representatives of the Central Bank.
Temporary managers in these banks will be the employees in the Central Bank with many year long experience in bank control.
