Cetinje is offering 2,5 million EUR for Obod

Opština Cetinje

Old Royal Capital of Montenegro, Cetinje, was the only to deliver the offer for the advertisement for purchasing Electric Industry “Obod”, which has gone into bankruptcy. Cetinje offered 2,5 million EUR for “Obod”.

It’s the upper complex of the former economic giant we are talking about here. Its surface is around 150.000 square meters and it includes washing machine factory, storehouses and offices. The offer was opened yesterday, by the receiver of the factory, Nikola Vujačić.

Royal Capital Assembly rendered a decision last month on delivering the offer for purchasing the property of “Obod”. If the offer is accepted, the Royal Capital is expected to use the abandoned halls for attracting investors, establishment of small and medium enterprises and job creation.
