In the end of April this year, the total loans granted to citizens amounted to 1.5 billion euros, accounting for 6.55 percent more compared to the same period last year, said the head of the System Analysis Department at the Central Bank (CBCG), Zeljka Asanovic. She told the Mina-business agency that the total loans of citizens in the end of April, compared to the end of last year, increased by 3.4 percent.
According to her, the Europe Now program stirred up the interest of citizens for taking loans, so, based on the results of the latest survey on the credit activity of banks, there’s come to a rise in loan requests.
