R.O.B. (54) from Bogota, Colombia, was arrested on suspicion of committing robbery on 18 November when he stole €5,746 from the counter of M:tel company.
According to the investigation, after the theft he got out of the shopping centre and entered a taxi vehicle which in front of the building.
After being informed about the incident, a security guard that works in the Delta City caught the suspect and brought him back to the building.
The Colombian threw the bag with the stolen money into a garbage bin at the entrance of the shopping centre.
Security guards informed the Podgorica police about this event and kept the suspect until the officers arrived. The money was found and returned to the owner.
