The state-owned company ‘Monteput’ plans to complete conceptual projects for the Matesevo-Andrijevica and Farmaci-Smokovac sections of the highway, as well as to start technical preparations and preparation of main projects of these two sections. In addition, it’s expected that the preparation of the conceptual design of the 50-km long Andrijevica-Berane-Boljare section should start soon, being the last section of the Bar-Boljare highway to the border with Serbia.
This has been suggested in the proposal for the 2023 Programme of Work of this company, published on the government’s website, adopted at the latest session.
This year, as the document suggests, the company plans to monitor the realization and completion of the conceptual project for the Matesevo-Andrijevica section, along with supporting projects and studies. Also, activities on the preparation of the main project for this section are being planned.
The company’s plan says that documentation is being prepared in line with the Detailed Spatial Plan of the Bar-Boljare highway, which envisages construction of the afore-mentioned two highway sections as the second round of realization.
