Two COVID-19 patients died in Montenegro in the last 24 hours. Patients were from Pljevlja and Cetinje and were born in 1977 and 1962. Institute for Public Health analyzed 822 samples and found 219 new coronavirus infections. It also reported recovery of 38 patients. There are currently 1630 active COVID-19 cases in Montenegro.
“New cases of coronavirs were registered in Berane – 69, Podgorica – 40, Nikšić – 36, Rožaje -30, Bijelo Polje – 13, Kotor -8, Pljevlja -7, Herceg Novi -6, Cetinje -4, Bar-2, Ulcinj-2, Mojkovac -1 and Andrijevica -1”, Institute said.
Since the beginning of June, 105 patients have died due to coronavirus complications.
Total have been a total 6094 confirmed cases since the outbreak.
