The Adriatic Properties company, through the lawyer Nikola Martinovic, has submitted to the Commercial Court of Montenegro a proposal for determining a temporary measure, which prohibits the state of Montenegro to take actions that could harm this company, as well as a ban on making changes to the property that is the subject of the lease agreement on the Sveti Stefan and Milocer hotels, as well as the lease agreement on the Queen’s Beach hotel, the Government has told Dan.
“Contrary to the allegations from the proposed interim measure, the state, through the Government of Montenegro, for its part, has taken all actions to maintain the lease agreement, concluded by representatives of the previous government, in the interest of further tourism development”, the Government has said.
Therefore, the Government has sent to Adriatic Properties written guarantees by the Ministry of Economic Development and the President of Montenegro that the Government’s obligations under the lease agreements will be fully met.
