The detention in prison of Bratislav Dikic, Mihailo Cadjenovic, Branka Milic, Srboljub Djordjevic, Milan Dusic and Dragan Maksic has been extended.
“Under this decision, the custody may last until further decision of the court, provided that the court’s chamber shall review ex officio whether there are still reasons for detention every thirty days until the indictment enters into force. This decision may be appealed to the Appellate Court of Montenegro within 3 days after receiving the decision copy,” the court said in a statement.
The indictment also includes Russian citizens Vladimir Popov and Eduard Shshmakov, the leaders of Democratic Front (DF) Andrija Mandic and Milan Knezevic, as well as Serbian citizens Predrag Bogicevic, Nemanja Ristic, Milos Jovanovic and Krisina Hristic.
