Davidović wants Šćekić to stand for parliamentary elections

Miodrag Daka Davidović

The political association ‘Da svako ima’ [in English: For the Benefit of All the People] has already started talks over the parliamentary list for the next year’s parliamentary elections. The candidate standing for the parliamentary elections might be Mr Dragoslav Dado Šćekić, vice-president of the Socialist People’s Party, SNP.

According to unofficial but reliable information of Dnevne Novine daily, talks are held with the Montenegrin businessman living in Belgrade, Serbia, Mr Miodrag Daka Davidović, who believes Mr Šćekić is a perfect candidate for this task. Mr Davidović, who publicly stated that he himself established and financed this political association, now denies any possibility of being a candidate running for the next presidential elections in MNE.

The second candidate on the list might be the SNP leader, Mr Vladimir Joković, while the third position might be taken by the leader of the United Montenegro, Mr Goran Danilović. The fourth position is for a female candidate but it’s still unknown for whom. Businessman Davidović also thinks that the former SNP leader, Mr Srđan Milić, should take the fifth position, while Mr Goran Radonjić, vice-president of the United Montenegro, might take the sixth one.

It’s still unknown what will happen with the leader of the Workers’ Party, Mr Janko Vučinić, and the independent MP, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.

‘Da svako ima’ association, on the other hand, claims they still haven’t discussed the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
