Minister of Finance and Social Welfare Milojko Spajić says that the deadline for taking loan funds for the completion of the first highway section, which expired on 14 April, has been extended.
“With this, we have avoided a large budget expenditure or a new borrowing of about €128m”, Minister Spajić has tweeted.
He claims that this Government “has corrected another mistake of the former government, which extended the deadline for the highway construction in 2019, but not the deadline for taking funds from the loan agreement”.
