Defence attorneys at the trial for terrorism attempt will continue trying to obstruct the process during the hearing of the cooperative witness Sasa Sindjelic, which is scheduled for Wednesday, PinkM TV learns.
According to Pink M, they will ask that Sindjelic is referred to a six month psychiatric treatment in Switzerland in order to slow the process down as much as possible, sabotage prosecutor’s office interfere with the prosecution in the presentation of evidence and the court in reaching the verdict.
Attorney Miroje Jovanovic has prepared hundreds of questions for Sindjelic, most of which have nothing to do with the terrorism attempt, but serve only to prolong the hearing as much as possible and make it pointless, reports Pink M.
