The government’s urgent financial assistance for the rehabilitation of more than a hundred buildings damaged in a strong earthquake on 4 January has begun to be delivered to citizens, Pobjeda writes.
Payments in Berane, Plav and Gusinje have not started yet. As the Berne Commission stated, it used the money only to pay for accommodation of an elderly person whose house was destroyed in the earthquake and he had nowhere to go.
