The aligned proposal of the Democrats and the Democratic Front, DF, envisaging reconstruction of the government, that is, to have 18 instead of 12 ministries and three vice presidents who would be running certain ministries as well is made based on the proposal of Zdravko Krivokapic, who, on 27 October last year, forwarded it to all parties, Pobjeda daily has learned.
According to that proposal, PM Krivokapic offered the bloc For the Future of Montenegro nine ministries and one position of a vice president. Those ministries are: Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Spatial Planning and Engineering, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Science, Ministry of Sports, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Public Administration.
The Black on White bloc was offered the position of a vice-president in the government, while the Peace is Our Nation bloc would, according to that proposal, get the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and a position of vice-president.
Recall, on Wednesday night, the strongest two constituents of the parliamentary majority – Democratic Front and Democrats – proposed a comprehensive reconstruction of the government having in mind the political war in Budva thus surprising the Montenegrin public.
