President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic has welcomed the decision of the election of three judges of the Constitutional Court, thus creating the conditions for the Constitutional Court to return functionality and be a guarantor of constitutional order, legal security and legitimacy of future election processes.
“I invite and encourage minority parties to agree on the remaining vacant place so that we could as soon as possible have the full composition of the Constitutional Court. We thank partners for support and assistance in this process”, President Djukanovic has tweeted.
