Serbia doesn’t perform the obligations arising from the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance with Montenegro, it’s a major bottleneck and should respond to the request for extradition of Svetozar Marovic, the President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, stated.
Commenting on the US sanctions against Mr Marovic, President Djukanovic pointed out that in that case, Montenegro demonstrated a consistent application of the constitutional system.
