The President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan is to pay his first official visit to Montenegro on 28 August 2021, at the invitation of the President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic.
Djukanovic and his wife Lidija are to welcome Erdogan and his wife at the Residence in Cetinje with the highest state honors.
“After registering in the guest book, face-to-face talk and meeting, the presidents will give public statements”, Djuaknovic’s office has said.
It is planned that Djukanovic and his wife prepare a festive lunch in honor of the high guest and his wife.
“Guests at the lunch, in addition to members of the delegations, will be DPM Dritan Abazovic, Mayor of the Old Royal Capital Cetinje Aleksandar Kascelan, leader of the Bosniak Party Ervin Ibrahimovic and Reis of the Islamic Community in Montenegro Rifat Fejzic”, the statement says.
