Revoked honorary consul of the Russian Federation in Montenegro Boro Djukic signed a statement on the establishment of the True Montenegro on 20 December 2017. The Statement on the Establishment of a Political Party published by Pobjeda, states that Boro Djukic, as a founder, accepts the Statute and the Agenda of the True Montenegro party.
This document confirms earlier Pobjeda’s reports that Djukic as a Russian diplomat was one of the founders of Marko Milacic’s party, which is contrary to the provisions of the Vienna Convention, under which the diplomat must not interfere with the internal affairs of the state.
