With its pointless, simple falsehoods, Democratic Front (DF) is trying to advance to justify the actions it plans to perform on Sunday 12 March, in order to obstruct the electoral process in Niksic in any way possible, including even violence, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) announced.
The ruling party has announced this in response to DF’s statement released on Thursday in which it accused DPS of “preparing groups that will try to cause unrest in Niksic on the election day carrying opposition parties’ emblems”.
DPS pointed out that DF had publicly repeated for days that it would do everything in order for Niksic elections to fail.
“Three days before the elections, they decided to used ruthless lies to protect the identity of their ‘activists’. Naturally, this attempt will fail as well as their plan for provoking bloodshed on 16 October 2016 did. It is already clear who wants chaos in Montenegro and evokes “Macedonian scenario”. The only aim of DF bullies is to destabilise Montenegro. They have demonstrated that numerous times and local elections in Niksic are the last chance for their treacherous and evil plan to succeed. Therefore they use lies preparing an alibi in advance for a scenario their masterminds and financiers from abroad prepared for Niksic. They will, as always, try to carry the tasks out,” DPS stated.
