President of Montenegro, Mr Milo Đukanović, signed the decree on the recall of Montenegro Ambassador to the United States, Mr Nebojša Kaluđerović.
“The Minister of Foreign Affairs will enforce this Decree which enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette,” the decree says.
