Montenegro won’t and mustn’t allow discrimination to be the subject of systemic silence, ideological and political abuse and remain without an adequate response, says Montenegrin President Milo Đukanović on the occasion of the Day of Zero Tolerance.
He points out that the Day of Zero Tolerance for Discrimination reminds us of unity in protection against discrimination and promotion of the right of every individual to live with dignity, regardless of any personal characteristics or beliefs.
