As of Monday, patients will be able to make appointments with all primary care physicians via a special internet site or a mobile app.
Director of the Health Insurance Fund, Sead Cirgic, told Dnevne Novine that a special portal has been created for e-appointments, which is currently being tested.
“It’s planned that the portal can be used as of Monday, 11 September,” Cirgic said.
As it is stated at the test version of the website, the eZdravlje portal will enable citizens to use internet services within the healthcare system of Montenegro and provide relevant information.
“Access to the portal is possible via the web address (www.ezdravlje.me) or the appropriate mobile application (eZdravlje.me). To access this online service, you need to contact your primary care physician to get the correct PIN code. Registration is done by typing in the number of the health booklet (the ten-digit number registered on the first page of the health booklet), and the PIN code,” it is explained on the website.
