The agenda of the 2018 Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica envisages €32, 279,016 investments.
“The agenda that will be discussed by councillors in the City of Podgorica’s assembly on 16 March states that €726,667.76 is envisaged for the preparation of planning documents, €1,262,855.25 for technical documentation, €11,719,850 for refurbishing and equipping locations, €13,330,500.00 for construction and reconstruction of roads, bridges and parking lots, and €5,239,142.99 for buildings,” The city of Podgorica’s bureau stated.
