At this moment, it is difficult to assume the amount of revenues from the legalisation of facilities, but they are estimated at €40m at least, minister of tourism and sustainable development Pavle Radulovic told Pobjeda.
“This revenue will be generated through utility charges, the amount of which is determined by the municipalities, the land fee if the illegal facility is built on state-owned land, and the fee for the Coastal Water Supply company at the coast. Municipal utility and land fees will be used by municipalities for investments in infrastructure, utility connections, construction of schools, kindergartens and other amenities,” said Radulovic.
