Podgorica Public Cleaning Services and the City of Podgorica will have to pay €700 to D.B. from Podgorica as compensation for the damage he suffered when several dogs attacked him on 19 October 2016. One of the dogs bit him.
The verdict was rendered by the High Court, upholding the decision of the first instance court which ordered the municipal authorities to pay €700 to D.B. – €300 for the suffering of physical pain and €400 for the caused fear.
