Danilovgrad’s basic court yesterday decided that the Education Ministry headed by Damir Sehovic politically discriminated Milena Mijovic in July 2017, when it appointed Vuk Stanisic as the director of the Djina Vrbica kindergarten. The ministry said it would appeal against the decision.
The court ordered the ministry to publish the ruling in a print media outlet and to pay court costs amounting to €500.
After the judgement was issued, Mijovic said she was not surprised by the court decision.
However, the ministry said it did not officially received the court’s decision, so it could not comment on the issue. It would appeal against the judgement.
