“Nothing new. The repertoire of scams is wide. Test administrators whisper the solutions, subject teachers come in and tell answers, copying is allowed, tasks are sent and solved and returned via Viber, e-mail…”. This is just one of the comments in the Facebook group Prosvjetni ranici (education workers) after another scandal occurred yesterday in the collapsed education system when external mathematics testing was postponed because students had tests before taking the exam.
“Here, the system of responsibility of the heads of educational institutions is absent, and the minister’s responsibility is the greatest and he should bear it, and at the same time submit reports on such violations and leaking of information according to an urgent procedure”, says the senior legal adviser at the Center for Civic Education Snezana Kaludjerovic, commenting on yesterday’s incident.
The external mathematics test for primary-school graduates, which was supposed to take place yesterday, was postponed because the tests reached the students before the testing.
