Experts from the Health Insurance Fund are bringing the development of a project for the introduction of electronic booklets into the public health system to an end, the fund director Sead Cirgic told Dnevne Novine.
“Writing a project is in underway. Therefore I cannot tell you the details about the booklets themselves. According to the plan of activities, the implementation of the project is to begin next year. By the end of 2018, the most of old booklets should be replaced by electronic ones,” said Cirgic.
The system of electronic booklets has already been introduced in the region. It reduced the possibility of abuse, but also enabled better collection of contributions.
