At the end of this school year in Montenegro, 926 semi-graduates and 883 high school graduates received the “Luca” diploma, the Ministry of Education informed CdM.
According to them, at the end of the academic year 2022/23, there were 7.527 active students of the 9th grade, of which 926 obtained the “Luca” diploma, accounting for 12.3%.
The Ministry of Education told CdM that there were 4.804 active fourth grade high school students at the end of the academic year, of whom 883 got Luca, that is, 18.4%.
Compared to last year, the number of students who received Luca is lower.
The Center for Civic Education (CGO) earlier pointed out to the alarming number of the Luca diplomas being awarded, which was not in line with the real quality of education in Montenegro.
