Electricity prices won’t go up from January 2025, Prime Minister Milojko Spajic has stated.

After the Energy Regulatory Agency decided to increase the price of network services, which would lead to the increase in electricity prices, Mr Spajic met earlier today with Energy Minister, Sasa Mujovic, CEDIS CEO, Vladimir Ivanovic, and head of CGS, Ivan Asanovic.

Following the meeting, PM Spajic noted that energy bills would not rise from 1 January 2025, underlining that the government respected the decision of the independent regulator, preserving the stability of the energy sector, but also wished to find the way to protect citizens.
