EPCG will lodge a complaint against the new temporary measure of the Commercial Court by means of which the Court prohibits the EPCG to buy the shares of the Coal Mine in Pljevlja.
Commercial court judge, Nataša Bošković, adopted on Monday, May 28, new temporary measure which prohibits the purchase of the Coal Mine’s shares.
The first temporary measure of this kind was adopted on May 4, on the occasion of a dispute arisen by the minority EPCG owner, Vasilije Miličković, who requested the annulment of the decision brought by the shareholders of the EPCG and which refers to taking over all the shares of the Coal Mine in Pljevlja.
