Dragomanović

Former manager of the Municipality of Kotor, Mr Srđan Dragomanović, brought before the Basic Court in Kotor to trial on a charge of threatening the President of Kotor Municipality, Mr Vladimir Jokić, was acquitted, writes Pobjeda, a daily.

A judge in the Basic Court in Kotor, Ms Danijela Samardžić, was the one who delivered the first-instance judgement – it was confirmed to Pobjeda daily by a spokesperson of the Court, Mr Špiro Pavićević.

Jokić

Mr Dragomanović was accused of committing a criminal offence ‘endangering security’. After Mr Jokić had reported on his behavior, the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Kotor last year filed the proposal to bring charges against Mr Dragomanović to the Basic Court in Kotor, on suspicion of threatening Mr Jokić in one of the comments posted on the Facebook page of the Youth Council in Kotor.
