Amendments to the business entities law will affect most the organisation of business in companies in terms of administration, transparency and responsibility, says the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG).
As Dnevne Novine learns in the institution, novelties in the business entities law relating to the major administrative obligations can be a business limitation, especially in small business entities that don’t have developed administrative capacities.
“In this regard, in the course of further work in the preparation of this law, it is necessary to find an adequate balance between the obligations arising from the law and the real possibilities of small enterprises in order to avoid additional costs,” the chamber pointed out, adding that its representatives had participated in the preparation of a new legal solution, and that they are generally satisfied with it.
The institution emphasised, entrepreneurs expect that the new law will bring more order in the performance of the economic activity on the Montenegrin market and that the phenomenon of one economic entity operating under different names in order to avoid compliance with obligations will be avoided.
