The Constitutional Court of Montenegro has suspended the extradition of the South Korea national Do Kwon until they render final judgement on the matter.
The decision was made unanimously by the Constitutional Court comprising: President – Judge, Snezana Armenko, and the judges – Dragana Djuranovic, Desanka Lopicic, Faruk Resulbegovic, Momirka Tesic and Budimir Scepanovic.

Yesterday, Justice Minister, Bojan Bozovic, said they would disclose the country to which the cryptocurrency boss Do Kwon would be extradited by the end of the week.
Both South Korea and the United States seek the extradition of Do Kwon.
