High temperatures in Podgorica have made firefighters super busy. Thus, the Civil Protection and Rescue Service had 17 interventions before 2.30pm.
“By 2.30pm, we had a total of 17 interventions. There were three cases of controlled ignition in Mojanovici, Smokovec and Donja Gorica villages. The dump was burnt near the Vectra building in Podgorica, an air condition in the Maxima building burned. We also extinguished the fire that caught a car in the Josip Broz Street near Roksped. We had also 11 interventions in the cases when fire caught grass and vegetation,” Andrija Cadjenovic, commander of the Civil Protection and Rescue Service told CdM.
