There are several active fires in Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Cetinje, and there was a large fire in Bar during the night, between Poara and Gorana. Fires in Lustica are under control. Directorate for Emergency Situations stated that all the fires are currently under control and facilities and citizens are not in danger.
The report on fires from 8 am state that a fire in Ljesanska nahija in Podgorica area is active, with one team working on it. Fire in Goljemadi by the lake is also active.
“Fire in Bar broke out last night in an inaccessible terrain. No facilities or citizens are in danger”, the report states.
In Herceg Novi, there are active fires in Konjevici, Lustica, Tici, Mendegaja and above Zabrdje.
Fire in Zagarac, Danilovgrad, is still active but currently under control.
In Cetinje, fires are active in Katunska nahija, Lastva Cevska, Donja Markovina and Cuce.
In Niksic, Tivat, Ulcinj, Budva and Kotor there are no active fires currently.
Ukrainian AN 32P will continue activities in Lustica today, while Swiss Super Puma will fly over Herceg Novi.
“Two Israeli planes Air Tractor will work in Danilovgrad. Bulgarian aircraft had no interventions yesterday. Today it will observe the situation in Podgorica”, the report states.
