Five commercial banks applied for the third phase of the 1000+ project, on the basis of the public call of the banks, reports the Ministry of Tourism and Sustainable Development.
“Key conditions have been defined: fixed interest rate – 2.99% and repayment period up to 20 years without mandatory participation”, reports the Ministry.
The Ministry also reminds that all citizens of Montenegro who have housing issues and meet other conditions, can take part in the 1000+ project.
When it comes to the target groups, in accordance with the Law on Social Housing, priority is given to single parents, persons with disabilities, family households whose member is a person with disability, households with children with disabilities, victims of domestic violence…
