Five more plead guilty

Five Serbian nationals charged with creating criminal organization with intent of terrorist attack in Podgorica on October 16th left the remand after having signed a plea bargain with Special Prosecutor, Pobjeda daily reports.

They have signed an agreement that stipulates five months in remand and mandatory stay in Montenegro until the judicial process is finalized.

Plea bargain was signed by Nikola Djuric, Sinisa Cetkovic, Aleksandar Curovic, Dejan Stanojevic and Milan Dusic, while those left in remand are Bratislav Dikic, Branka Milic, Dragan Maksic, Srboljub Djordjevic and Ivica Matic.

Serbian nationals Aleksandar Aleksic, Milos Acimovic and Perica Andric admitted to have been a part of criminal organization on February 17th.

According to their testimonies, the plan was to enter the Parliament violently and wait for further instructions if DF was to lose the elections.

They were charged with 5 months in jail.
