A flat in Podgorica equals two in Niksic

Last year, the average price per square meter of a flat in new buildings in Montenegro was €1,124. The most expensive square metre was in Budva and it amounted to €1,283, while the cheapest one was in Niksic and it cost €550, shows the preliminary data from Monstat.

The average price per square meter of a flat in Bar is €1,236, whereas the average price in Bijelo Polje, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Pluzine, Rozaje, Tivat and Ulcinj is €1.045.

A flat in Podgorica covering 60 square metres cost €67,500, for which price two equal residential spaces could be bought in Niksic.
