By adopting amendments to the law on excise duties, Parliament has finally showed the minimum of seriousness that was expected more than two months ago. Such a long delay in the adoption of what the parliaments of the countries of the region did two months ago is proof of the complete lack of seriousness of political parties as representatives of Montenegrin citizens, says Liberal Party Presidency member Jovan Rabrenovic in a statement for CdM.
According to him, this was too long a period in which every day additionally burdened already impoverished budgets of the majority of citizens.
He adds that this behavior of the people’s representatives was completely unacceptable and is proof of their immaturity to represent their voters in Parliament in a responsible way.
