The Privatisation and Capital Projects Council established today a draft decision on the 2018 privatisation plan and sent it to the Government for adoption.
“The draft decision on the 2018 privatisation plan sets out the goals of privatisation; the way and the conditions and deadlines for privatisations execution; methods of privatisation; a list of companies with the number and ownership structure of the shares proposed for privatisation; a list of sites proposed for tourism valorisation and the social aspect of privatisation,” the Government announced.
The Government plans to privatise the Dr. Simo Milosevic AD – Igalo Institute through the sale of shares or recapitalisation and the Budvanska Rivijera AD Budva Hotel Group through sale of shares after restructuring.
Also, the Government plans to valorise the following tourism sites or companies through a public-private partnership: VTK Mediteran (Zabljak); Kolasin 1600 (Kolasin; Ada Bojana (Ulcinj) – tourism valorisation of the site through the development, construction, financing and management of the exclusive tourist complex and long-term lease of the island of Ada; Bay of Masline – Busat for the Odrac cape (Bar); a site located between Njivice and the mouth of Sutorina (Herceg Novi); site Donja Arza (Herceg Novi); locality Kabala For (Herceg Novi); project of tourism valorisation of the location Mrkovi – Bijela Stijena (Lustica, Herceg Novi); project Ecolodge Lovcen tourist complex (Lovcen National Park, Cetinje); the Savin Kuk ski resort (Zabljak) and tourism valorisation of the sites covered by the Spatial Plan of Special Purpose Bjelasica and Komovi – Cmiljaca and Zarski (Mojkovac and Bijelo Polje).
