The website of the Government of Montenegro published yesterday the documents related to construction of the first section of the Bar-Boljare highway marked by the former government as “highly confidential”, the National Council for the Fight Against High-Level Corruption stated earlier today.
The council says their intention is to increase transparency of the work of state bodies, underlining the importance of presenting the state’s capital projects ‘hidden behind a veil of secrecy’ to the public.
