Despite the information regarding the delay in publishing the report progress, European Western Balkans finds out that the report will be adopted and published on 29 May, as scheduled.
Cabinet of the Commissioner Johannes Hahn confirmed for European Western Balkans that reports would be published next Wednesday, as planned.
Since the period between 2 May and 18 June is pretty short, member states can’t oblige to submit their observations over possible opening of the accession negotiation process with North Macedonia and Albania.
However, as European Western Balkans has announced earlier, there will be the extraordinary session of the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET) during which the European Commissionaire for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations will present the reports on the progress. The presentation is scheduled for 11 am.
