The Hungarian 4iG Plc company has concluded a preliminary agreement with the PPF Telecom Group subsidiary for the acquisition of a 100% stake in Telenor Podgorica (Telenor Montenegro), the leading mobile telephony operator in Montenegro.
The PPF Group investment company, founded in the Czech Republic, took over Telenor Montenegro in 2018, together with several regional mobile telephony operators.
The non-binding agreement on the details of the transaction was announced by the contracting parties on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
