Pizzarotti, Italian contractor whose history dates from 1910, has extensive international experience in building high-luxury residences, hotels and multifunctional projects worldwide.
The company is currently running projects in Europe, America, Gulf countries, South-East Asia and North Africa.

They also say they will transfer their knowledge and experience when it comes to management of construction works, the quality and organization of work, to make the project successful. ‘We look forward to this challenge’, they said.

Intensive work on the seaside resort of Portonovi continues, including earthworks and works in the marina which are both in progress, while the preparatory work on the field for the first One & Only Hotel in Europe are closing to an end.
