From the beginning of the year until 1 November, the Educational Inspectorate established 113 irregularities during the supervision of educational institutions, the Inspection Directorate (UIP) told Dnevne Novine.
The most frequent irregularities included presence of incompetent personnel, recruitment of teachers (up to 30 days) without a call for applications, who didn’t pass professional exams and didn’t possess work licenses etc.
Inspectors noted certain irregularities at both the University of Montenegro and private universities.
